Position: Business Development Executive (Entry-level)
Location: Witney (OX28)
Salary: £15,000 (£25,000 per annum OTE)

Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 17:30 pm)

From their home in Witney, Oxfordshire this expert in all things business communication solutions serving businesses of all sizes across London, Oxfordshire and the UK respectively are recruiting a Business Development Executive to join their long-standing team.

As a Business Development Executive, experience of sales is by no means a factor for success. Ultimately if you have the requisite personality to achieve, deliver and succeed you will follow in the footsteps of existing staff boasting more than 10 years with this company who have carved a similar path.

You will be accountable for new business sales. Working alongside an experienced sales team, you will earn whilst you learn! Your bread and butter is approaching prospective businesses with a view to understanding company requirements, making comprehensive recommendations and pitching your services in line with client expectations.

To be successful you could be a school leaver who doesn’t necessarily have the track record for success, rather this business would much prefer the maturity, ambition to drive your career trajectory and the capacity to absorb information, learn from experienced staff and the confidence to handle rejection.
